matching

Im wondering, say i was to order a Thumb 5 NT. Can i go with 3 piece wenge 2 piece bubinga neck? and can i have the headstock match the layers in the neck instead of having just one wood cover over the layering? appreciate any help :D

I realise we will all sound different even if we all played the same bass and that we all want different tones from an amp and that different basses from the Warwick range will sound totally different but has anyone encountered an amp that just sounds 'right' with a Warwick bass? I only ask...

Is it a good idea to have all the same type speakers in a cab?? I'm thinking of replacing 2 of 4 of my 10's, but I'm not so sure. The overall impedance of the cab wouldn't change, but it's the differing drivers is what I'm wondering about.

I loved my Infinity so much I built my studio control room to match (no really!!) What do you think?
