guage or setup

i've read every sticky that seth has posted and followed them to the T. BUT i'm still getting a click from the top 3 low strings when i fret a note. I play 2 Thumb NT5s. I tune A,C,G,C,F and A,D,G,C,F and play pretty hard. Due to this low tuning i am using .130 guage strings for the top 2...
