colour

Hi all. I would like to upgrade my Corvette $$ with a new onboard preamp, as the MEC one died a few weeks ago. For that reason, it would be very helpful to know the meaning of the colours in the cables coming from the pickups. Thank you in advance.

Self explanatory, someone opened a thread already on this, I thought it would be cool if it were a poll, so here goes. Flo, is there a way to make this multi option? I made it single option initially and can't find how to change it.

Hey folks - as I've raved on here about lately I have a new Streamer Broadneck. Loving it. It is however a rubbed oil finish and the way I sweat I'm gonna destroy it. I am going to have it sealed and more than likely painted. What colour would look best do you think. White (Lex?), black...

Im thinkin 'bout taking the colour out of my Warwick Rockbass to give it a nice natural finish. Does anyone know how to do this safely with out screwin' up the bass?

Ok...either talk me outta it, or give me some ideas on the best way to do it... I have an Ash Corvette, natural ash finish. I'm getting slightly bored of it, its yellowing unevenly (very dark around edges, lighter in the middle etc) and going dark/greenish in places. So, time for a refinish...

I got my 2005 Streamer LX4 off eBay. It was advertised as "Sunburst High Gloss". (It was also advertised as 2004 but the serial number ends 05.) It looks like almond sunburst to me, comparing with current custom finishes on the website. But "high gloss" doesn't appear among these, only "high...

i was inquiring about the warwick colour pallete. on this site it shwos all the finishes...but after thinking about it last night i puzzled myself. Are the chrome finishes available for every bass? or just the chrome tone. thanks

Hi, This is my Vintage Warwick: A Thumb built in february 1986 with a one piece bridgetail made by Schaller. EMG pickups and an optional D-tuner (By Schaller). 2-way EQ. The colour is a custom colour creme white. The body shape is slightly different from the new Thumbs. I've seen some more...
