I'm after some advice so as not to be an asshole. I have decided to quit my current band for a range of mainly personal issues and don't want to leave them in them in the lurch, but also not make things awkward.
The story is I love the music these guys make, I joined them as an established band...
Check them out here:
the new songs are called "Aspidochelone" and "Ultra Vires"
I wrote both of these songs and I think they are the best songs this band has recorded. I'd love to hear some feedback from you guys.
I play my Warwick Thumb NT 5 string on both songs. For "Aspidochelone"...
Hey everyone
So the Thumb BO has a 2 band e.q, and the Thumb NT has a 3 band e.q. Whats the deal? Is there an improvement in sound quality, tonal versatility... anything?
If anyone can get back to me on this, much appreciation
Cheers
Firstly, aussie band Cog, Luke Gower their bassist uses a variety of Thumb basses...very cool bass tone!
and a band they are touring with atm, The Apex Theory from the USA...this band doesn't use Warwicks, but I reckon they have a pretty cool sound happening!!
Have a listen and...
I was thinking about a thread where we can post links to websites of bands that have a warwick playing bassist.I wanted to make sure its cool with the mods first though.Whatta ya's reckon?
