6string

Hi I am thinking of getting a double buck 6 and wondered if any of you people out there had any info or opinions before I spent the wedge!

Would it be possible to order a costum shop 6-string bass with a broad neck and a 35" scale? And if it were a Thumb BO, would the discontinued bass extra cost be applied?

It has been suggested that this guitar is an old bass that has been chopped up and made in to a guitar, but I just don't know for sure. The most confusing part for me is the plate on the back of the guitar. Who the hell is E. Sooslin?! I'd be very interested to know if anyone recognises this.

My Thumb's output jack is loose. When I plug a cable into the output jack it sits very loose and often does make a proper connection. Before I go taking the jack out for inspection, can these be repaired or adjusted or do I simply need to order a new jack, and if so does it have to be a...
