I read somewhere that the Thumb Bolt-on was introduced in 1993 (here: ) I recently got myself a 1993 Thumb BO. it has the serial C-000003-93. I read somewhere that the 6 digit number in the middle of the serial is a internal sequential number... Could this be the earliest/oldest Thumb BO?

Actually the 4 is on ebay, still have to take decent pics of the 6er. I'm after €1300 or best offer for the 4 strings and will listen to offers for the 6 since it's such a rare beast. The 4 strings has figured Bubinga wings, pretty rare on pre-90 instruments, as you can see.
