What a great 24 hours I've been having. First I win a Steamer Stage I and now I've reached my first 1000 posts on the greatest forum in the world! Woo Hoo! :D

The day has come, My 4 month old Streamer Lx custom preamp has died (or agonizes). It has not been unexpectedly as it gave some severe humming problems some days ago which magically got fixed. Now the bass only works on preamp bypass mode. When the preamp is active it sounds for a second...
