i asked the same question in the "vintage" forum, but i'll ask here too .. i want to replace the old trus rod on my streamer with a new one; i talked to a local tech, and he doesn't know yet how to remove the rod, and i stoped the action for a research period. anybody knows how this thing...

hi guys, i bought a 82-84 streamer bass, the licensed by spector type, he had light gauge strings and worked well but i'm used to mediums .. changed strings and now the action is a bit high; tryied to adjust the rod but it does not move at all clockwise :? .. counterclokwise it moves but...
