    Sanding (Natura Oil Finish)

    Wow would you go about sanding the front of an SSI natural oil finish? Just to go a bit deeper and get some extra dirt out and such.

    How long does sanding, oiling, and waxing a bass take?

    1 week? 2 weeks? more...? I'm imagining that drying the oil takes more than 1 or 2 days... After cleaning up the hardware and fretboard and installing a JAN1 and new electornics, I'm debating refinishing my SS2 after doing some searches and seeing so many great results of people refinishing...

    i have just bought a 1997 streamer lx 5 with a nirvana black laquered finish,i dont know much about finishes or the process of which to remove it.. i really dont like the black finish and would like to make her natrual and possibly use something to make the maple body look a little darker than...

    laminated neck sanding

    My Streamer has a nice neck, with flamed maple sides, but I really don't like the laminate. Sanding it has crossed my mind, and I was wondering if there's any particular way that's best to do the job.....
