repainting

I was thinking of buying Qparts UFO knobs for my Vampyre. I was wondering if these would fit just like any other knob or if they'd cause some sort of problem? Also, I really want to have my bass painted an oxford white color and replace all of the chrome hardware with black hardware. Any...
