Warwick QUAD 4 + MESA BOOGIE Powerhouse 4x12

Hi! I need to know if a QUAD IV fits with a MESA BOOGIE Powerhouse 4x12 (4 Ohms)? No risk to damage anything? What power amp could I use then to boost my Quad 4 up to 1200W? Thx in advance for your help! Djon
