Why is my PM to Another member Stuck in the Outbox?

I'm trying to PM a member about a bass he has for sale and I want to buy but my PM never goes to the Sentbox. Florin or Greg, can you help with this? I cannot do email from the hospital, so I have to transact through PM only...
