Is it possible to develop nickel allergy, when using nickel strings? i like nickel string alot more than stainelss steel strings, but im really afraid of getting nickel alergy, what would you suggest? have you heard of anyone who got it from nickel strings? Thanks.

What can you guys tell me about Ernie Ball Nickel Slinkies? And Daddario strings? I haven't changed the strigns on my bass since I got it about 8 months ago. I've read on here that the Black Labels give the famous growl, but I'm turned off by the responses of them being rough on the fingers...
