neck shift

Hey Flo and all! Is it possible to order a stronger truss rod? Bass is a '94 Streamer bolt-on with a sandwiched neck (maple-wenge-maple-wenge-maple). It is really slim and feels great but I can't seem to straighten it out (I like an almost flat neck with minimal relief) even at the tightest...
