Hey, I just bought a pro fet 5.1 (sounds amazing) but i was wondering whether i should run my effects pedals through the effects loop or whether I should plug my bass straight into the pedals and then into the input of the amp? Thanks

I want to connect an EBS multicomp pedal (compressor) to the effect loop on my pro fet IV. Does anybody know if that will work OK, or if it will cause any damage to the multicomp or the amp??? Using the link below you can see the EBS Multicomp spec.
