I've found this awesome Stage II for sale at Ishibashi in Japan: I have sent an email inquiring about it, about what year/woods etc. I also asked about whether the "REF" means that is has been refinished. Although I think Warwick does do pearl finishes, so the refinish might've been done...

Hi! In an old German bass magazine from ´91 there´s a story about Warwick basses. The author claims that Warwick will start building Dolphins in Germany from September ´91 onwards and that up to that date, all Pro IIs were made in Japan. Does anyone have any further information about this...
