Share your thoughts friends! How do you prefer your nuts? 1. Space-age polymers (JAN3?) or 2. Cu-Zn (JAN1?) I have a new JAN3, sandpaper, superglue, a razor, and a 1997 Fortress One with a brass JAN1 that is staring at me. Should I go to work and replace the nut? Who prefers...

Perhaps "versus" isn't the right word...But rather I want to get a feel for how people are liking the JAN3 since it's been out for some time now. How does it compare to the JAN1? I'm especially intrigued by the statement that the JAN3 transfers vibrations very well.

So I checked the new Warwick 2007 catalogue, and it appears that all models are equiped with JAN3 and strap lock. That's really cool news.............. :wink:
