hardware or adjustment

So I just purchased my first Warwick, and I have been spoiling it like it is a small child since I've got it. I did however by it used (although still in INCREDIBLE condition) and the adjustment tools weren't included. I've talked to the American rep. in California for Warwick...they estimated...
