cubase

hi the title says it all: i'm looking for a good envelope filter plug-in for cubase. there are envelope filters, that don't "open up" very good, doesn't matter how i tweak the knobs. can somebody recommend one ?

when i cut a part of a track, move it to another spot in the track, then i get a clicking sound just where one part of the wav file ends and the next part of the wav file starts (in the same track). is it clear what i mean ? for example, when i record a track, then cut in in two, and permute...
