Why is the electronics cavity in my bass painted black? Should it be? I am refinishing the bass. Should I repaint the cavity black again? or something else? Please help! :shock:- Avram

i was looking on ebay, and i saw a rockbass corvette that had the warwick cavity cover on the back... it had the two tabs instead of like 800 screws. Is there any way i can upgrade?- Thomas
