buzz or fret

I've got a quick setup question: I'm getting some fret buzz/rattle on the long decay of notes on my Corvette, but only on the D & G strings, between the 3rd and 6th frets. Does this sound more like a trussrod issue, or a string action issue. I haven't checked the relief, and recently...
