Yesterday (friday) i checked out an eventually bought a 5 string corvette FNA, complete with upgraded Bartolini NMBT 3 preamp. All i can say is i'm very happy with it atm. Its exactly what i want in a bass tone - clean, clear, deep and with a nice high end snap. Its an amazing slap machine...

I ordered the 5-string Corvette $$ in October 07 and the wrong bass was sent to the Bass Centre in London in January (ordered the Nirvana Black in high gloss, got the black finish bass); I need to ask why is it taking so long to get a replacement bass sent? I'm told it will be here mid-March...

Well here's Gene and Paul ... but hold on for a moment ..... isn't that a Streamer ????? Or? What happened to the axe? :D
