amps or settings

I recently picked up an Eden WT400 and 4x10xtl. I'm having a little trouble getting the true sound of my Streamer Stage 2 to come through...a lot of the growl is missing, as opposed to when I plug straight into a mixing board and I get a super flat sound. Just curious to see what amps you...
