Forgot to mention the video includes little mistakes and stuff. It was my very first show with this party band and the first show of the season, that night our in-ear monitors sound was CRAP. I was missing a lot having my amp behind me. Anyway we did a good show. šŸ‘

I was recently interviewed for this podcast. It's exclusive to Spotify. If you have the free version you can listen to the interview, but you'll only get previews of the songs (they play six Uneven Steven songs during the show). If you have Spotify Premium you can hear the whole enchilada.

Thank you, guys. We already have 25 gigs together and it shows, we are playing tightly. That medley is one of my favorites from our set, 3 songs from Mago de Oz, a popular celtic-metal band from Spain.

indeed, @UK Ken, both female singers are great. They are very versatile, we play from traditional Spanish Pasodobles to Hard Rock (with cumbias, merengues, pop, , etc., in between)

Hi! A bit older now, but just thought I might share and see if anyone likes it!
My band Cruel Addiction performed on an open mic night. Will be back on stage soon, but currently waiting for single release and recording music video next month. All exciting though!

And now for something completely different. I haven't shared much of this on this forum, but a friend of mine and I have had an experimental recording duo since 1999, which we call Wet Shoelaces. Our music tends towards the noisy and abstract. If Uneven Steven represents my Apollonian ideal, then Wet Shoelaces is the Dionysian. Last night we completed our thirtieth "album". Since thirty is XXX in Roman numerals, we decided to name the album XXX. It is not sexual in content. In fact it's mostly instrumental, although the final track might be offensive to the religious-minded.

Last night I had the ridiculous idea to overdub the same drum machine part 16 times, but increase the tempo by a single BPM with each successive overdub. I was kind of hoping for a cacophony, but what emerged was significantly more interesting, at least to me. I titled it "You Can't Kill The Groove". Because God knows I tried. :p
