Very cool, complex, vibe, @A.G.E.N.T.E.
I had to re-do this....I didn't like the other one.
It was missing something, so I re-did it with some wah
Our last gig with the two guitar guys before they left. We rewrite that song now for guitar and keyboard.
Here's a song I've just came up with on my new Streamer....man this bass is nice!
Did a gig based on something like this:
Last weekend I played two gigs with two bands, and the latter was filmed in its entirety. The place we played, Mir, is a small indie pub/scene in Oslo. The event was a festival with a very, I would say, eclectic, mix of bands from different genres. We were the only metal band, but it was great fun.
Somewhat sloppy playing here and there, so bear with me. Video starts one second into the first song :/
Basses used are a Warwick Thumb NT 5 and an NS Design 5 string Omnibass.
DANCE DANCE DANCE!!!
Thumb doing a little Housegroove
I dig it!
Here are two examples of what we were doing the last couple of months (the first one is from 2016). Our singer calls it Progressive Pop.
We're five older guys who are just having fun - it's not realy a "Band" but more of a project. We meet, and record some ideas.
Everything is recorded with the '90 Streamer 5 and an Ampeg Plugin.
Quicksand was mixed by someone else, and I'm not 100% happy with the way the bass sounds - but you can get the idea.
The song is one of the ClasSiKS, the vid is new.
New song - the solo part. Were did the guitar guy steal the tune?
Toepfer, nice stuff and nice playing!
I write this song thinking about all the suffering people on this continent....
We recorded a video for our most streamed song, and here it is! Tomorrow, feb 1st, we will play at the local jazz festival, next to Billy Cobham and Procol Harum.
I see that you 're doing the one finger plucking thing, am I right?
The song is great, well done.
Awesome artists you 'll be playing with.
But you used to be metuhl!
Thanks! Yeah, the one-finger suits best for the attack here.
