... been a while folks! just wanna to say hello as i'm still active here (mostly reading only):)

as some of you know i got fenderised and my main axe is now a sadowsky but hey this is the good vibes zone;)
warwick somehow got to fancy for me or i'm just a fool for older / vintage instruments > probably the reason why i loved my wicks from the 80/90's more than the present instruments.
of course i sold a lot of my warwick arsenal but still have my trusty '06 stage I 5er (broadneck still rules!) in antique tobacco and the lwa 1000.

as in private i started a new job as a construction manager 2 years ago and i'm moving this week in a bigger appartment with my pregnant girlfriend. so there will be probably less music and GAS in future but will never let the bass down:)

    hope y'all good here
    keep the vibes goin',
    herbie

Nothing to be concerned about, I love my ‘Wicks but who started it all? If you get a chance check out the thread on non-Warwick Basses and post a pic .

Herb, please click on the "Full Size option" for you pic- all we're getting is a thumbnail. I expanded it and it's a nice pic, but I couldn't get directly back to the thread. Btw, I love the white Precisz taking a lie down while the rest are at attention ... I recently bought a blonde 50's American original this past January-

I have trouble understanding how a modest P single-handedly defeated seven killer Wicks. :D

Cool, I started with sn Aria Pro II P, then went with the real thing and there was no comparison. For me the Fendef P is the most ergonomic bass I’ve ever played. Speaking of copies, I’ve heard good things about the Mike Lulls as well.
