seems to be Delignit® its a phenolic resin laminated Wood, density like metal, very stiff, used in Aircraft, transportation etc., normally the basic wood is European beech

seems to be the wood, often used at the hard floors from removal vans

It is what Finnish tanks were made off when they kicked the Soviet Union's ass in 1938.

Hi guys, I got my answer:
Tankwood is a special plywood with basic wood, but pressed with a lot of power and lot of resin. This material it is very stiff, heavy and sound wise it is in the direction of Graphite necks.

I thought your answer was close to it, yes. I imagened "tankwood" was some kind of "man made" wood, like "ekanga" or "carolena".

I think "Carolena" is pine, not a composite. It's pine from the Carolinas. Can't explain the 'e'.

That tankwood looks like a denser version of the stuff Martin uses for their X-series necks. they basically slice their neck offcuts into thin slices and compression glue them together, you end up with a cheap but stiff as hell multilaminte neck.
