Whatever LTD Warwick makes needs to be somewhat affordable (even though they charge in the $4000 range for their LTDs every year), so i imagine no vamp. Probably another thumb LTD, its been awhile, maybe a thumb with different woods or a maple fingerboard...
I don't think it needs to be "somewhat affordable". For a limited edition bass, I'm ok with it being high end and high price. It's a way to show off just what the company is capable of. A special insntrumebt shouldn't, in my mind as a marketer, be sitting in the similar range to run of the mill basses put out by the company.
Try sending an email to Warwick including that picture, they may help you out.Hello everybody, i found this unusual Vampyre with walnut top, really nice, but couldn´t find more photos or any reference, does anybody know this one o where to find any data about it?
Hi People,
I just bought my first Warwick (as well as my first 5 string bass), the Vamp SN and I find it amazing, the sound and the feeling of it. I need a bit of time though to get used to the 5th string and the stringspasing.
Can somene please recommend me a set of strings? I play in flat D (now A) and use mostly heavy gauge, always in steinless steel. I can not find many 5 strings sets in which is each string thicker than in medium set.
