For sure! We think the same way about Spain

San Diego is lovely. My wife is from there; I grew up just a few miles North. As packed with people as Southern California is, it's still a magical place. We're planning on moving back to SD in a few years. Great vibe.

Balboa Park alone is reason enough to live there.
