This is a nicely detailed history of Warwick, put out this summer. It's in French, but use any browser to translate. Good stuff.

L`histoire des Warwick

Getting that WickWiki going would be cool. It'd be fun to have a picture archive as well. That's one thing there needs to be more of...Old pictures from the original factory. I love that kind of stuff.

Great pictures!

What would we need to get that wiki going?
Is wikia a good start and should be filled with existing content?
Or is an integrated wiki here more useful?

:D The spider with the Buzzard is awesome!!!

Super cool. That's from a big piece of paper HP had everyone sign and doodle on, at the 5th anniversary party. Didn't realize until right now that it was on Halloween

Here's some more of it...

Does that say "Raw Sex" lolz

HP loves his Thumbs...

We've all seen this pic... But have you looked closely as to what bass cake it is? Looks like a Thumb NT4 to me. Delicious :)

Looks likes he's holding a 5er here. Is that a smoke hanging from his mouth? ;)

I did ask about walnut body, is it rare. Here is what Hans say.

Dear M.,r Juha Perälä,

yes the wallnuts where rare.. I would say we made not more as 300 to 400 Instruments with an Wallnut body.

All the best

Older factory tour video. Not the best quality, but the oldest video I think I've seen of the "new" factory.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but it looks to be maybe early 2000's? Video was posted in 2006, but looks to be older than that.

Amazing how it went from what we see in this video, to how the factory is today. And the average age of the worker. I see a lot more older peeps in this video, than the young crew of the last 10 or so years.

Best guess as to when this was? Some SSI's and other models on the line may give a clue...

I own a 1990 Jack Bruce Fretless Limited Edition, the history doesn't mention these and goes straight to the 2nd incarnation from 1992 which I believe was the fretted version with a smaller peace sign inlay.
