I am the kind of guy that owns and plays one bass only, I hate to own a lot of basses without using them properly.
So it seems I will never own a collection :)

its fully understandable, and very humble of you flo.

So instead of your collections what are the basses you've owned? I know there have been comments all over the forum fro you on various topics, but i must admit to have been thinking 'i wonder what flo has/had/owns in bass terms'.

Nice! One of our mockup artists changed Flo's pictures so that he's playing a Music Man. O.K. I forgive you. but at least give me this, PLEASE tell me the song X-Bass wasn't done on the EBMM!!! :(

The song Xbass was recorded with a corvette proline. That was my first Warwick, I bought it new in 1995 :)

I am more like a rock and roll kind of bass player, so I like heavy duty, simple basses. I like watching all that bass porn with fodera, and alembics, but they are not my cup of tea. I owned a lot of basses... I started with romanian made basses, then hohner , a couple of fenders, 3 yamahas, Ric, 2 music mans, etc.
I like Warwicks because they look nicer than other basses, still they have that strong feel, like a Fender or a Music man. I am the kind of guy that falls in love with one bass (ok, maybe two ) , and plays that bass only for years, so I need a solid and reliable bass for that. That's why I chose German made Warwicks :)

Now my bass is the CS White streamer. I also have a Thumb NT from 87, beautiful and great sounding bass. Those are my two workhorses now, I am using one or another for shows, but soon I will take them both. The only non Warwick bass I own, it's a little steinberger, I keep to study in the bus.
Cheers/ Flo
