    Hey guys.
Ill make this short and sweet, i have a tendency to carry on.

My Stacked Tone knob on the Pro series corvette is playing up.
I went to boost my bass (bottom) and there was an amount of friction, and it also turned up the treble with it. When i cut, there is no issue.

Anyone else ever have this problem? I only just noticed it now...
    Thanks!

This can happen because the knobs are a bit too close together. or in my case because you are a clumsy oaf with big hands. The the trick with this is to loosen the top knob using the allen key in its side and raise it ever so slightly and then tighten it back up. The knobs are held by these allan screws onto the central shaft and can be moved up or down. Because it only happens one way one of the knobs may be slightly crooked, also correctable by loosening it off then replacing it at the correct angle.

My Corvette STD Ash does exactly the same thing, and it's not because the knobs are too close to each other. That can be the cause, but in my case the pot is just stiff. It's been like that from day one, and I guess I'm just used to it now.

    ;)

You might need some lube for your knob..........NHS....... if that is at all possible with that sentence.
