I'd love to have one of those. Same color too.

If I get to pick a whole other batch here, I want some weird stuff.

    Like this:

    Or this:

How about a MIDI-equipped bass, for playing synth lines?

Or even this, which is actually a percussion instrument, but it sure seems like slap bass technique would translate:

And I still get to pick one more....

How about this? I'm sure you could throw some bass strings on there.

I dunno. I heard you really have to dig in to get a good tone out of it. Has a tendency to get buried in the mix.

    OK, I'll stop now. :p

Anybody else here know Tony’s Chapman Stick work on King Crimson’s Discipline album?

Never liked the cold and horrible lack of tone in a Chapstick. Absolutely revolting instruments.

I like the similar Warr Guitar better. (Solo at 5:00)

Actually, I still have a fifth choice open, don't I? I'm going with the Warr Guitar.

I have to agree. Levin's performance was not that stellar either. The second player is better, although there's hiccups here and there in his case as well. It's clearly an issue of doing a job that normally would require two musicians to do well.
