You can find some beeswax cans (not Warwick wax of course) which can do it.

You know I do! I use a mixture of oils... With the majority of it being boiled linseed oil... If you want to darken it I would use only linseed oil...

So basicly, remove your wax finish from the body/neck, sand it down super smooth with some 600 gritt sandpaper, I prefer using a wet/dry type of sandpaper as I like to sand while using linseed oil as it makes it super smooth.

Then start applying the oil... open a window and let the sunshine in on your bass... The linseed oil is very reactive to the uv rays of the sun. It took me about a week or so to notice a difference... But I oiled the bass 2 or 3 times a time using really thin coats of linseed oil, buffed it on real good and let the bass sit next to a window with the sun shining on it. The reaction is the oil soaks into the wood, darkens while semi-hi-lighting the the figuring/grain a bit... yada yada yada :p

If you look at my myspace page in the pictures section under my mojo area... The "bass porn" pictures is my warwick after I did the darkening with the linseed oil...

    Works great :D

It does take a little work... But in the end it leaves a nice smooth glasslike finish and also darkens it up quite a bit.

    So linseed oil darkens woods?

I've got a '93 streamer bolt-on, that I suspect is made of maple (its got a bunch of small patches of flame and burl markings), but is waaaaay darker than most of the maple basses I've seen on here, which has at at times led me to wonder if it isn't maybe a cherry body.

But living in South Africa, I struggle to get hold of Warwick wax, and so I've been using raw linseed oil on the bass for the past few years. Maybe this has caused the darkening?

I should really post some pics and get some opinions on this, but right now I really should be studying for my Maths exam, which happens on Tuesday...
So I'll do it soonish. ;)

Linseed oil on lighter woods darkens/yellows the wood a bit... On maple it makes it look very similar to the color of a vintage Fender neck... The dark yellow maple.

    +1
Early Streamer boltons were mostly made of Cherry, and 1993 was the first year

Does Cherry flame though? It really does look like a marginally darker piece of 1-A flamed maple.
