Hi, I'm from England, I've been playing Bass about 1 year and 6 string guitar about 20 years.
Kinda given up on guitar though in favour of bass I just prefer the sound.

Hi my name is Antonio aka AsturHero.
I'am a spanish guy, of course as my nick says, an Asturian Guy.
Asturias is an beautyful province of Spain in the north.. We have celtic roots and our music is very near to Irish and Breton Music style...( hope any day i can play so).

I#am 46 years old and i live in Germany.
My profession is to be Chef-Cook in an Hotel, so i have only litttle time for my Basses and Guitars and i wish i had had more time for it...

I begun with music and Basses/guitar the other way...
I can play only a few chords and strumming is not good, but i have the GAS and the passion to, before i can play seriously to buy all DIY-Kits from Thomann, to have all classes of basses and guitars for small money, before even playing good enough...hehehe

(DUe to private circumstances i cant effort much money and iam not the type of person who can spend months to save money for only one Bass ;), so with the money of one midrange/good BAss i have 4 BAsses and 4 Guitars)

Since i was a child i loved music and i played flute and Keyboard as a child...but as life goes on..at 15, Girls and sex was more important and due to my beginning Job as Cook i have forgotten the world of music :(

SInce 1 year i noticed that i have a dream in me and in the last 1-2 years it was more and more common to see/hear unplugged music on YouTube..so i was fascinated from the sound of Guitars and BAsses... and theres the point who i am now....

i have found you, because i have buyed an Warwick AMP and had a little problem, but even if i have ONLY an AMP from Warwick, the folks here are so gently and like camerades, even in this short time i've been here, that i don't want to miss you in the future.

Its like an big living room here i iam happy to be here with you and to know, that even an pro-Musician helps an stupid newbie like me :)

..and who knows.. perhaps sometimes over the rainbow or earlier i can say that i have my own Warwick Bass !

during writing these words, i have mentioned that you (Florin) would join the train to comment my phrase :D

    for my defense:

in my youth there were the 80ies so music was Depeche Mode and all the other synthetic music stuff..in my youth i havent like rock or country :D

and in words of SEX...there were not spoken about AIDS..so at my Gigolos-Times i had no problems with chicks, even without playing an Bass ;) hrhrhrhrhrhr

What, only 2 Wicks? O.K., so we all began...

No, just kidding! What experiences? Playing for yourself or in a band? Why Warwick for you?

I'm Andy from Canada - former owner of a RB Vampyre 5 - and hopefully future owner of Vampyre SN/LTD/NT 4 or 5 in the near future.

got serious bad GAS over an NT if I can get one used...I'm just having a terribly hard time finding any Vampyres for sale that aren't from the RockBass line. -.-

So if you have one or know of it's whereabouts let me know please! :D
