hello,

i play a warwick triumph warwick upright 4. it has great sound with the
piezo pickup. but when i use the magnetic pickup, i observe, that the pickup vibrates when i plug the low e string, and this gets amplified and does not sound good. when i hold the pickup it does not vibrate anymore.
(so i know it comes from the pickup)
has anyone observed this also?
any tricks how i can stop this vibrations of the
magnetic pickup?

greetings andreas

Hmm, I have played a couple of these 1 of wich my friend owns. I have never seen or heard of this problem. You might want to is goto www.warwick.de and click on the "support" tab on the top row. And then got the "inquiries" and fill the contact sheet out.

Take it to a pro for a set-up/repair...

This has never happened to me with my triumph. It proabably has a loose part in the pickup itself. I suggest contacting Tyler Krupzy at Tech Support in Dana B. Goods so help you switch the pickup for a new one or at leat try to tell you if there is anything wrong with it.
