Infinity vs Dolphin SN

    Hello guys !

    I will both a new 5 strings soon and I probably will both an Infinity SN but .. How is the Dolphin SN ? I never try one ? How did the afzelia sound ?!

    Hi Symon,
    good to see you're back mate.How's Marc's old Streamer treating ya?
    The only difference between the 2 basses is the body woods,as you know.
    Afzelia,to me,sounds a little like bubinga whereas zebrano sounds a little more aggresive.
    Good luck with your decision,it's not going to be easy,but rest assured.Which ever model you choose,it'll be a great bass.

    very interesting .. but .. what do you mind by more agressive ? Is it possible to have a very bright but smouth sound with the Infinity SN ?

    I'm terrible at describing sound,so please,bear with me.
    When I think of zebrano,I think of John Entwistle's(The Who) tone.Or even Billy Sheehan's tone.Kinda like the bass has a sore throat.That's what I meant when I said aggressive.
