My first bass was a well-used Kalamazoo KB1 like this one, which is long since gone:

and here is the current arsenal:

I had a Yamaha P Bass until I could get a Fender Precision
    I had a Hohner B2A until I could get a Steinberger L2

I've got a Tobias Growler and a Fretless Fender Jazz I'd consider trading if I found a nice Stingray fretless

I can't think of why I'd part with my MTD Grendel V. Funnily enough that's my 'cheapest' instrument.

I quite like my '71 Jazz for gigging , it's light and comfortable.

I designed my own based on the things I appreciate in my other, 'stock' basses. That mix of elements came out rather supercalafraga.

    I've only sold 2 basses:
    Ovation 5-string acoustic
    Stakset 5-string Jazz

    And these have stayed:
    Warmoth/Chandler PJ, 8-string.
Warmoth Thunderbird, 8-string. In parts at the moment, considering re-routing the neck pocket to fix the horrible balance.
    Fender Jazz Bass MIJ, fretless
Franken-Precision assembled with parts from all over
    Warwick SS2, 1987
