Well i love my new corvette standard 5 string but hate the hum from the pickups!
And now im planing to get me a new pair but wait!
They all brands are in different size. (This is my first j pickups ever)

I have the main MEC dynamic corrections and they both are in same size!
    Maby a preamp? But which?
I would love to have the emg but e neck is shorter? Hmmm!
I thought that asking you guys i get the right ansers! ;)

Look for anything that has the dimensions of an EMG J-L pickup. i.e. the long pickup. i.e. the bridge pickup. You need 2 of them. Pretty much every reputable pickup maker has them, but they're probably legitimate bridge pickups so they're wound for the same output.

Hi! As I researched the same question, here's the list of manufactures who produce the pickups which fit:

    1. MEC
    2. EMG
    3. Bartolini
    4. Delano
    5. Seymour Duncan (a problem occurred with a G string, it had 50% volume of any other string, so be careful. Maybe it was just a broken set:roll:)

A small tip: the neck pickup from any set with appropriate bridge pickup will fit too. A bit tight but still fitting. I've already tried EMG and Bartolini sets in Katana NT with absolutely no harm to the instrument.
