Dear JR,

Your Thinline guitar is the Framus Atlantik 6 model 07121 in brown finish, top and back are arched and lamineted wood. The binding
is only paint. The fingerboard is easy rosewood with dot inlays, the neck also lamineted wood. The tuning machines was replaced, all
other parts are original from the Framus brand.
The instruments was building from the begin to the midedle of the 70s. I wish you many fun with this guitar.

Thanks Andreas. I have a few more "expensive" guitars (....not necessarily better quality), but this has become one of my favorites. I thought the bridge may not be original, so thanks for verifying that it was. I play this through a Hot Rod Deluxe (4x10) and the tone is perfect.

The pickups are late '60s Bill Lawrence designs (AKA: Billy Lorento). It think this model is called Hi-Fi and was launched around 1968 before he moved to the States. It's the second model from the Lawrence Electro-Sounds company after the original '65 True-Sound pickup. The Lawrence pickups were commonly used on late '60s and early '70s Framus guitars. These Lawrence soapbars are good stuff. Cool guitar.
