Hey all - I am picking up a used (nearly NOS) 2008 German Streamer $$ in Nirvana Black and gold hardware today. (I'll post pics later ... I can hardly wait!) I've been a lifelong Fender guy and I'm expanding my pallet. I looked for info online on this model but can't seem to find a ton. Is it rare? Is it hard to find? Anything to know about it? I've found tons of Corvette $$ info but can't seem to uncover much on this model. I also want to see if the deal I am getting is appropriate. I'm of the "is it worth it to you?" mindset, but I don't like to be dramatically overpaying.

    Thanks Warwick peeps!

Sure buddy, just post a pic.
Gold hardware is unusual for this model, so either the HW was changed, or is a special order. Is anything else you find uncommon in this bass?
    Welcome to the forum,

According to the serialnumber support from Warwick the HW is original.
The price on reverb is fair, i actually just now the aftermarket in Europe and not in the States, but it is fine.

I have played a Corvette $$ for three years and loved the flexibility with the pickup switching.

Congrats and welcome to the fam! Like the gold on black.

My suggestion @fletz is get with a financial planner/therapist ASAP. Wick addiction happens quickly and can sometimes strike without warning.

Have fun playing that beast :)

Thanks. I'm not normally a gold hardware guy ... but on this bass it looks perfect.

Thanks for the insight. Like I said, I'm just want to make sure I'm not overpaying more on principal. It was love at first sight.
