    Hey folks,
I am going to trade/sell my fortress flashback 4 string in honey violin.
That bass is in mint condition, bought it from a collector.
I am willing to trade it for a Thumb NT 4-6 string and add some cash if necessary. The bass is located in Germany, shipping to EU should not be too expensive. Worldwide shipping on request. Those flashbacks with 2Tek bridge a pretty rare, I think they only made about 50 of them.
    Looking for around 1000€
    Pics coming soon.

    Best regards
    Dom

Here are some Pictures, if you need more just ask me pls.
The only thing that bass has, are some light scratches on the Pickups from the strings... but I
guess all the Fortress Flashback basses have them.

    best regards

I never giged it, just played it a fery few times at home.

Also interested in a Dolphin PRO-I / SN for a trade +add cash

    Wow. Very nice Fortress!

I have never seen MEC lipstick pups or a mono rail bridge on a Wick before. And factory Hipshots to boot. Very unique hardware combo here.

My Ibanez has a monorail bridge system. I like it a lot. You get really great string isolation. Great for recording.

    Good luck!

    Tahnk you,
I would consider a warwick alien 5-6 string fretted or fretless for a trade too.

It isn't a monorail bridge as such... in fact it just isn't. :) The 2-Tek bridge was bought in and only ever appeared on this Fortress afaik and later versions of the Fortress dropped it.

    Yes it is.
its a 1992 Dolphin Pro II. The original color was black and later was refinished in a metallic silver.
With the Bartolinis PUs and the MEC 3 Band electronic, this is my favorite bass.

Yes the 2-Tek bridge was bought in, and afaik was only used in the first few (50?) Fortress Flashback,
never seen this bridge on a normal fortress.
I don't know what it makes to a monorail bridge or not, I really like the sound of it.

Sorry to highjack the thread, but would you care to share some pictures and impressions, maybe in the Dolphin Club or in the Dolphin Pro2 topic ?
    Thanks. I'll have questions. :)

Well it's not a normal fortress, it one of fifty with a 2tek bridge.
    And I said it's negotiable.
