Beautiful guitar! I have an AK 1974 Custom, but at this moment it is the less playable guitar in my home. Because of it's neck, it is very FAT. When I was buying it I was thinking that I will love it and I am trying very hard, but at this moment neck still not comfortable for me.

DO some research, you can make it a bit thinner with no consequences. Some of us did that with fat neck basses. Between 12ve and 24th fret there are the reinforcements, but you have a couple milimetres to work there that can make a huge difference.

Thank you for your advice. I am afraid I am not ready to do that, because guitar has a black gloss finish and I believe in is not possible to paint the neck only after making it thinner, I will have to repaint all guitar what will cost me a fortune. I will try harder)

Have you tried making the strap a little shorter? I find playing fat neck basses gets easier on my left hand when hanging them a couple of centimeters higher...

@Alex_Semen When you say "fat", do you mean the fretboard is wider (Шире) than normal, or the profile of the neck itself is more full / rounded (закругленный) ? (for Gibson, the "baseball bat" neck of the 57 Les Paul is indicated as rounded / full)

I have huge hands, and I normally like a thick rounded neck. I found the AK 74 which I tried to be a bit on the small side, unless this one is a special edition "huge" neck.

Better describe wih pictures) All three necks on my Framus guitar has almost the same width (about 23mm on nut), but are different on thickness on 1st fret:
    - Mayfield - about 19mm (red neck, left)
    - AZ-10 - about 20mm (yellow neck, right.)
    - AK-1974 about 23mm (black neck, middle)

Wow, that is a large difference in neck sizes!

To be honest, if the neck isn't working for you, then take the guitar back (if you can) and get one that does work for you.
