Custom Corvette NT

    I wondered if a Corvette 5 string NT (bubinga body, maple neck) could be built with the MEC pick ups from the Corvette Standard instead of the the humbuckers that the production model comes with...

    Yes, you can have it :) You pay for the pickups set, and special molding/ routing. Not really a big deal.

    You should only do it if you want the ACTIVE J's though (which you probably do). Thanks to those coil-tap switches, you can run in passive single-coil with the stock pickups...
