Buying Used Fretless Streamer Advice?

    hey ross

    as the bass comes from a shop, it should be setted up already. if not ask if you can set up the intonation or for a price reduce:)
    i'm sure this is a fine instrument. harmonics on the 12th fret are the best help!

    btw. 99 isn't that vintage;)

    Thanks for all the Advice.
    Bass was in good nick and the seller would probably have let it go for around €1100 (with some haggling).

    It just didn't feel as special as I had hoped. There is something about those early vintage 1980's Wicks that this lacked.
    ....and at that kind of money, I'd rather wait till and older one comes up.
    It was the same with a 2000 Thumb I tried a few years back.
    Can't really explain, I suppose it's a personal thing.

    Bass is still available if anyone else wants it!
    .... The black hardware was a custom order & looks smart.
