hey everyone thanks for checkin this out, basicly just corvette 5 string bubinga plugged straig into a br1600 recorder, with a lil bit of reverb n compression n added lows around 63hz didnt touch the treble and the bass was in passive mode to get a cleaner sound out of the recorder. Hope you enjoy :]

Nice work. Very Pretty. Sounds like three tracks: 1.bass line 2.harmonics. 3.solo Correct me if I am wrong. Now figure out a way to play them all at the same time like Victor, hehe :)

Yeah, I hear ya. I'm still working on that too...

What amazes me is how he can develop such awesome bass lines and melodies and then coordinates it such that he can play them at the same time. One of his newer songs, "the lesson" is a good example of that. He's playing a bass line, texturing percussive stuff, harmonics, AND the melody on top of it all simultaneously, crazy!

Just think how cool it would be if you could play all three of your parts together... :)

hahaha o yeah that would be sick, I have a loop station so i still could pull it off live! Thats ok though i just try to be a solid bass player like, Marcus Miller and Ryan Martinie i love there style and melodies.
