My favorite beer is, of course, Bass. :)
But in second comes the famous Belgian beer : Tripel Karmeliet. Then maybe the Northern France La Choulette Ambrée. Rather stong beers, those.

But hte Bass has some fresh taste, really great and light but not too pissy like Heineken and others.
And, just as you mentioned this thread in a bass player forum :

After much consideration, my top 10 beers are as follows, in no particular order (as I cannot pick an absolute favourite):

    - Adnams Broadside. Powerful stuff, rich and enjoyable.
    - Hobgoblin. Get your hands on some. Deep ruby colour and complex flavour.
    - Franziskaner Weissbier Dunkel. I love dark beers and especially Bavarian beers. Bavaria has a special place in my heart, generally...
    - Paulaner Hell. Really special - many like it, none quite the same.
    - KEO. Decent lager, nothing too special, but it's from Cyprus and I have some whenever I'm missing home. It's refreshing on a hot day.
    - Leffe. Another really unique one. If you haven't tried it, do so ASAP.
    - Guinness. Needs no introduction.
    - Club Colombia. I'm half Colombian, and this is a really great lager. I drink far too much of it on visits. Tough to find in Europe though.
    - Budweiser/Budvar dark lager. Not the Anheuser–Busch InBev one, the real Czech deal. Just wonderful.

I've got a gig on Friday... now y'all got me thinking about what beers I'll get from the bar for free!

    +1 for the Czech Budvar.
As for the Leffe, it's the bottom limit in my region for a decent beer. There are MANY leffe beers, my favourite being the 9°.

I'm American and 21, so I have yet to try a lot of the good beers in existence, lol. For USA Domestic, I love Shock Top, Blue Moon, Yeungling, Shiner Bock, and Flat Tire. Imports: GUINESS!!, Newcastle Brown Ale, Corona, Heineken, and Amstel

Oh, Newcastle! I love that stuff. But make sure you drink it out of the bottle, because drinking it out of a glass Tyneside will open you up to ridicule. Northeners for you...

I love trying all styles of craft beer but prefer IPA's, whether regular or double, triple, imperials - I'm a sucker for really hoppy beer - One of my favorites and I've tried a lot is Sierra Nevada's Hoptimum which is seasonal hoptimum-nodate.png

I used to HATE IPA's. I mean really hate them.

Now I prefer them. I can't explain it.
