I've got an Ashdown MAG 250 15" which I used to gig (with a "quieter" band than I'm now in) and have also used it for very noisy rehearsals. It's probably got more features than the electric blue, but I imagine it's much the same. I've found it to be a great amp... loads of tonal options... and reliable (bounced it down a set of stone steps with no harmful effects).

I've also read a review of the electric blue which was very positive!

I consider Ashdown as my first choice when the Peavey breaks down (in 2020 or something). I always get outstanding sound when I`m able to borrow an Ashdown-rig live.
