You need to clean up the language. There are a LOT of spelling errors, inconsistencies etc. Also, the Dark Lord picture is a regular NT Vampyre, and the Dark Lord never came in a 5-string version.

Hey Huygen, FYI there's a typo error. It's not Jing Jang but Yin Yang.

+1 !

If you got plans for a second edition or revision I´ll be looking forward to your mentioning the carved headstock of the early days. Feel free to use any pic I´ve posted.

GREAT WORK, MATES!!!!

Who & how can we point out the errors?
There's things like the Rockbass is now made in Czech Republic, Katana Set neck to name a couple.
I dont think it's a good idea to have an open edit feature, where anyone can edit it, or it'll just become a dog's breakfast in terms of accuracy.
Whatta ya's reckon brothers?

I think you should send it to someone at W to proof read.

Greg, Sam, we can read it, copy and paste the text to a Wrod document, and fix the errors we know.
Or yes, post it in an open topic, and each one of us can copy and paste it and correct the text untill it is perfect. This way nothing will lose, because all the previous ones will still be there. What do you think?

I tried Flo, but when I open it with word pad, all I get is a huge amount of what looks like code.
Maybe I need to download another version of adobe acrobat reader or something.

First we need to ask for Bas opinion on this, it is his work. Maybe he wants a more "subtle" approach.

You´re right, Florin. He had a big effort with the book. It wouldn´t be decent to just post and change it.

Hi guys, good idea to have an open version of ther document; only Q remains how do we edit it and keep all the different updates (from different persons) organized and trace- and searchable? i can post a word doc here and enable review mode on it. might we worth trying.

What you post it remains there. Who changes something renames the document, so everything will be saved.

do not underestimate the effort you'd need to get everything in there.

I have another idea:) what about importing it to a wiki where only forum members that want to contribute have access.
So the thing would evolve and get better and better.

and Negyuh would be the editor of the process so no danger of having to much b****t in there.

what do you think?

btw

sorry for not contributing ;-)
I had very little time during the last months.

cheers
