Yeah. I'm hoping one of the old ones might, but I might be wrong. I really love the neck on my pbass. My only gripe with p basses in general is they have one sound... :)

The neck on my Fortress is thinner than the neck on my Rickenbacker. I think the Fortress is a 93, but I'm way too lazy to get the bass out at 3 in the morning. BTW, Ric necks are way thinner than P bass necks. I do agree though, Fenders have a great feel to the neck. Too bad I like nothing else about them. MusicMan basses have a similar feel to the neck, and they sound fraggin' awesome.

A P bass neck seems to be a thing unto itself. None of the 'wicks I've had (too many) have a P bass neck. I have a G&L SB-1 that has a P bass neck, and it's way heftier than the rest.

TBH there are P bass necks and there are P bass necks! I have a friend with a bunch of vintage USA Fender P basses and every single one has a different width/depth/profile and when we got together recently I brought along my newly acquired MIJ P and that had a wider neck than all of my mate's USA vintage instruments.

As a rule of Thumb though (no pun intended), I've tended to find the earlier a Warwick is the more slender the neck is. If you want a 4 string Warwick with a bit of heft to the neck I'd suggest a Dolphin NT, they have a big old neck on them!

maybe I am understanding it wrong but the original question is:
"Are there any warwicks with really thick necks?"
the answer is yes. any Warwick 6 stringer with broad spacing... that's a thick neck

Maybe the question is not really the true question you're asking
